If you have to take all the DNA, randomly chop it up, give unique barcodes to each individual then you will eventually have to try to figure out how to put it all back together. I used `process_radtags` since it was easiest.

Biologists are, characteristically, rather crappy programmers. As such, there is a lot of cobbling that is done to accomplish some tasks. This is an example of that cobbling for creating *de novo* genomic assemblies for generic SNP calling.
